The Climate Change Bill

The Climate Change legal working group held a validation workshop from 10th to 11th June, 2021 at Rock View Hotels, Abuja to develop an appropriate legal framework to address the lapses in the Climate Change Bill. Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies is currently serving as the National Advisory team on Climate Law to the Federal Ministry of Environment Department of Climate Change.
