The E-copy of the latest NIALS/NIMASA 9th publication on Admiralty/ Maritime Law seminar proceedings, 2020, Volume 3 was unveiled at Victoria Island Lagos in February, 2020. The event had in attendance the Director General of Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Professor Muhammed Twafiq Ladan PhD, some NIALS Research Fellows and other stake holders.
