The Director-General, Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, NIALS, Professor Muhammed Ladan has expressed shock over the demise of a former Director-General of the Institute, Prof Ignatius Akaayar Ayua, SAN.
According to a press statement personally signed by Prof. Ladan and made available to the public, he commiserated with the immediate family of the deceased, describing the death of Prof. Ayua as a loss not only to his family, but to the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies as well as the Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria and to the entire legal profession in Nigeria.
