The Workshop on Seizure of Proceeds of Crime and Management of Seized Assets is designed by the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies to address this area of Criminal Law in Nigeria in view of the need to effectively tackle financial crimes on all fronts from prevention to punishment upon an establishment of guilt by a competent court of law. It is therefore designed to equip lawyers who are active practitioners in this area of law whether in their personal capacities or as representatives of Institutions whose businesses and mandates ordinarily cut across this area of Law.
