A staff of the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies is on a one month Fellowship in University of Cape Town.

He was made a visiting Scholar to the Centre for Comparative Law in Africa, University of Cape Town. The visit will commence from the 1st to 31st of August 2018 during which he will participate in the Mineral Law in Africa Programme and take classes on Artisanal Mining in Africa.
Prof Peter Akper SAN, has already lectured on the formalization of Artisanal Mining in Nigeria and Ghana: A comparative perspective.
